1. Mix the prepared mix, salt, sugar, yeast and egg yolks using the dough hook. 2. Cut the butter into cubes and gradually add it to the mixture. 3. Add the Dark Chocolate Chips / Chopped Mixed Candied Fruit. Leave the dough to rise. 4. Divide the dough into two portions, shape each one into a ball and place them in the moulds. Leave to rise until the dough fills the moulds. 5. Place in the oven.
