Mix with a flat beater (or by hand) the "Bolo Rei", water, eggs, liquors and dry yeast for 15 to 20 minutes.
Add the Dried Fruit Mix (cut the fruit "coarsely") and the Candied Fruit Chunks. Mix for 2 minutes. Let leaven until it increases in size.
Sprinkle the countertop with flour. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread the "Dulce de Leche" and sprinkle with grated coconut.
Roll up and form a crown on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Leave to rest for 1 hour.
Brush with the beaten egg yolk. Bake in the oven at 180ÂșC for 35 minutes.
Decorate with "Dulce de Leche" and grated coconut.
