Preparation:

  1. Mix the Choux Dough with the water on medium speed for about 2 minutes.

  3. With the help of two spoons make small balls, place portions of dough in oil that is not too hot and fry until golden brown.
  4. Line a baking tray with absorbent paper and coat with sugar while still warm.
  5. Make a hole with a knife/scissors and fill with Nocciola Intense.
