- Place the "Bolo Rei", the eggs, the water and the fresh yeast in a bowl. Knead for 15 to 30 minutes until you get an elastic dough.
- Add the Dark Chocolate Drops and knead until incorporated. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- On a floured surface, open the dough with a rectangled-shaped rolling pin.
- Spread the dough with Oven Cream. Wrap tighly. Cut the roll into thick slices and arrange them in a round shape, greased with Release Spray.
- Cover with a clean cloth and let rise for 1 hour. Brush with egg yolk beaten with a bit of water.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180ยบ for 40 minutes.
Note: If you want a brighter result, brush the cake with Glaze.
