Preparation:

  1. Mix the Butter Biscuits/Chocolate Biscuits/Spicy Biscuits/Orange Biscuits with butter and egg and knead until you get a homogeneous dough. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Roll out the dough and cut cookies with a round cutter. In half of the already cut cookies, make a hole in the center with a smaller size cutter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. Let the cookies cool.
  3. On the cookies without a hole, place a layer of filling (GellPirat or Swiss Chocolate Cream). Sprinkle the cookies with the center hole with Icing Sugar. Overlap these cookies on the previous ones
