Start by preparing the syrup. In a pan put water, sugar and the cinnamon stick. Once it boils and the sugar is completely dissolved, remove from the heat and add the Orange Flavour. Let cool.
Preheat the oven to 200ÂșC.
Place the Sponge Cake, the eggs, and the water in a bowl and beat until you get a whitish and fluffy dough.
Place the dough in a tin previously greased with Release Spray. Place in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
While still inside the tin, drizzle the cake with the syrup. Let the cake absorb all of the syrup. Reserve.
To make the topping, place the egg white and water in a bowl. Mix. Add the Icing Sugar little by little and mix with each addition.
Place the topping mixture on a ceramic tray and work it with a spatula until it is white, shiny and elastic.
Unmold the cake and cover it with the previously made toppping.
