1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Mix the colours of the gel - COLOURS GEL- the color of your choice. 3. With a pastry bag, make small circles on a tray lined with baking paper. 4. Let it rest until it forms a film on the surface. 5. Put it in the oven. 6. Let it cool and fill it with the cream of your choice.
