INGREDIENTS:

Preparation:

  1. Boil the milk with the lemon peel and cinnamon stick. Cover and leave to cool.
  2. Place the shortcrust pastry sheet in a pie dish and set aside.
  3. Mix the "Pastel de Nata" Cream in the pre-flavoured milk, removing the lemon peel and the cinnamon stick.
  4. Place the mixture in the tartlet.
  5. Peel the apples, cut them into thin slices and place them on top of the cream.
  6. Bake at 220ÂșC for 20 minutes.
  7. Leave to cool. Brush on with Glaze for a perfect finish.

Note: A 24 cm pie dish was used.
