- Boil the milk with the lemon peel and cinnamon stick. Cover and leave to cool.
- Place the shortcrust pastry sheet in a pie dish and set aside.
- Mix the "Pastel de Nata" Cream in the pre-flavoured milk, removing the lemon peel and the cinnamon stick.
- Place the mixture in the tartlet.
- Peel the apples, cut them into thin slices and place them on top of the cream.
- Bake at 220ÂșC for 20 minutes.
- Leave to cool. Brush on with Glaze for a perfect finish.
Note: A 24 cm pie dish was used.
