Citrus "Pastel de Nata" Pie

INGREDIENTS:

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to the maximum temperature.
  2. Boil the milk with the lemon peel and cinnamon stick. Leave to cool completely and set aside.
  3. Line the tartlet with the puff pastry and set aside.
  4. Whip the "Pastel de Nata" Cream with the flavoured milk, for 3 minutes and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  5. Spread a thin layer of Lemon Curd on the bottom of the pie dish and fill it with the custard tart preparation.
  6. Bake for about 25 minutes or until it gets a dark film (without burning).

Note: A 24 cm pie dish was used.
