Whip the HuLaLá Vegetable Cream. Mix the water into the Strawberry Mousse.
Add 1/3 of the whipped cream to the mousse mixture. Mix well.
Add this mixture to the remaining cream and stir.
Line a 15 cm circle with ladyfingers.
Place one half of the strawberry mousse.
Cut the fresh strawberries into thick slices and place over the mousse.
Cover with the remaining mousse.
Refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours.
Garnish with fresh strawberries.
