INGREDIENTS:

Preparation:

  1. Whip the HuLaLá Vegetable Cream. Mix the water into the Strawberry Mousse.
  2. Add 1/3 of the whipped cream to the mousse mixture. Mix well.
  3. Add this mixture to the remaining cream and stir.
  4. Line a 15 cm circle with ladyfingers.
  5. Place one half of the strawberry mousse.
  6. Cut the fresh strawberries into thick slices and place over the mousse. 
  7. Cover with the remaining mousse.
  8. Refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours. 
  9. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
